Kaitlin Bessemer Eamigh — Volunteer Services Coordinator
Kaitlin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Upon graduating college, she worked for the American Red Cross for five years, managing the volunteer and youth services programs for Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Warren Counties.
Kaitlin is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, a budget traveler and a believer in the importance of making a difference in your community. She and her husband Brad reside in Sussex County, where they enjoy kayaking, hiking, riding dirt bikes and gardening.
Marie Manzi — Director of Memory Support
Marie is the social worker for The Tice Pavilion, our assisted living residence, and Zeigler Grove, our memory support residence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Human Services. She is a CSW (certified social worker) in the State of New Jersey. Marie has been a social worker for over 24 years, with experience in long term care and sub-acute care settings. She was the director of admissions and social work for 18 of these years.
Marie and her husband Jim have two daughters, Julia and Jenna. Her hobbies include walking, decorating, reading, vacationing to different areas but mostly spending time with family and friends!
Jeffrey Quinn — Director of Community Life
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science from Saint Francis University and attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He spent 18 years in the banking industry before coming to Bristol Glen, first as the director of marketing followed by the director of residential life and now the director of activities.
Jeff and his wife Lisa, have three grown children, Briana, Patrick and Terence. The Quinn family actively volunteer in Sussex County and Jeff was recently named Sussex County Person of the Year.
Salvatore Seirmarco — Director of Mission and Pastoral Care
Rev. Salvatore (Sal) Seirmarco received his BA in History from William Paterson University and his Master of Divinity from The University of Dubuque Theological Seminary in Iowa. He is an ordained Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA). After finishing seminary, he completed four masters level units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) at New York Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan. Before coming to United Methodist Communities at Bristol Glen he was a youth Pastor. When he is not working he enjoys training in martial arts, holding a black belt in Korean Karate and a white belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Sal also enjoys reading American history, church history, and hiking the woods in around his childhood home in northern New Jersey with his fiancée, Alison. He resides in Passaic County.
Debra Weinschenk — Staff Development Coordinator
Debra obtained her RN diploma from Hackensack Hospital School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician College. She is board certified licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition to her position as staff development coordinator she also fills the role of infection control nurse. Before coming to Bristol Glen she was a surgical, ICU, emergency room and EENT nurse and the head nurse in a burn unit. Debra is an instructor of the medical assistant program and the surgical technician program at Sussex County Community College and is a health educator for the State of New Jersey, funded by a one year tobacco education grant. She is certified in APIC and CPR.
Debra is married to Bob and has two children, Erin and Bobby. Her hobbies include dance, music and boating.
